Returns and Refund Policy

If for any reason your are dissatisfied with your purchase please contact us as soon as possible by either facebook or email us at info@2bewitchery.com.au and we will do everything we can to help.

 

Once an order has been processed & completed, you are unfortunately unable to cancel the order however if you decide you'd like to cancel your order before it has shipped, you will incur a 15% fee.

We are not required to provide a refund or replacement if you change your mind. 

 

FAULTY ITEMS:

If an item you have received is unfortunately deemed faulty we will provide a replacement of the same or similar item. If a similar item is not available, we will provide one to equal value or a store credit will be issued.

You will be required to return the faulty products in a safe and secure manner using a traceable shipping method provided by 2 Be Witchery. Once we have received the item, we will provide the refund excluding the shipping costs.

DAMAGED ITEMS:

We take great pride in how we package our products and like to recycle all our packaging where possible. If however your item has arrived damaged, please contact us ASAP with your order number and a photo along with your query, within 7 days of you receiving your parcel. We will endeavour to provide a replacement of the same or similar item. If a similar item is not available, we will provide one to equal value or issue a store credit. 

You will be required to return the damaged products in a safe and secure manner using a traceable shipping method provided by The Rockin Cauldron. Once we have received the item, we will provide the replacement excluding the shipping costs.

LOST ITEMS:

Please contact Australia Post directly if you believe your item has been lost or stolen. Signature on Delivery is recommended to be purchased at check out to reduce the likelihood of parcels being stolen. If items are lost or stolen in the mail it is not 2 Be Witchery's responsibility to replace it.
